TiltGolf TM is a new way to play golf where you can modify shots using "Tilters" to either help your score or hurt your
opponent's score. For instance, once your opponent has hit a fantastic 8-iron to within a foot of the pin, you may choose to break out your Force
Mulligan card, and force your opponent to re-hit the shot.

TiltGolf TM Rules
- Each player must play one Tilter per hole.
- After a Tilter has been played by a player, that player may not
use that same Tilter again in this round.
- If at the end of a hole a player has not played a Tilter, he must
choose to mark one Tilter as used.
- Only one Tilter may be used against a single player on a hole.
- When a player is Tilted (i.e. has been the victim of an Opponent Tilter), another Tilter may not be used against that player for the remainder of the hole AND the entire next hole. That player is considered Immune.
- Order of play of Tilters at every opportunity is determined by distance from the pin, or tee-off order as determined by score on previous hole if players are the same distance from the pin.
